Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Dedicated scheduling support
- Clinical coordination support
- Authorization and DME support
- AI-assisted documentation technology designed to reduce charting time and after-hours paperwork
- AI-assisted route planning and territory management designed to reduce unnecessary drive time
- Clustered patient scheduling designed to minimize drive time, with many clinicians averaging less than 10 minutes between patients
- Responsive clinical leadership and 24-hour clinical support
Compensation
- $125,000-$160,000 Estimated Annual Base Earnings
