Experience leading ambulatory surgical services or multi-specialty clinics preferred
Experience with QAPI, Emergency Management, Risk Management, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and virtual collaboration tools
