Responsibilities
- Support the growth of BCAA's Auto Insurance business by selling and upgrading BCAA products and services.
- Consistently deliver exceptional Member experiences.
- Support all aspects of the home customer lifecycle.
- Create and follow up on business leads and upcoming renewals.
- Collaborate with BCAA and other supplier's Underwriters.

Requirements
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills through face-to-face and digital channels.
- Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Office 365.
- Completion of grade 12
- Level 1 Insurance license
- Completion of Autoplan Essentials
- Minimum 3 months of general insurance sales and service experience including auto insurance.
- Limited history of Errors and Omissions and in good standing with the Insurance Council of BC.
- Bonus skills: CAIB certification, knowledge of ICBC systems, and ability to speak other languages aside from English.
- The salary range for this position is $42,516.72 to $53,145.96 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 21.5%.
