About the role

  • The North America Programs Manager will be based out of FEE's Dupont-Circle office.
  • This position reports to the Director of Student Programs and works closely with FEE's DC-based Chief Programs and Innovation Officer.
  • The Programs Manager will supervise one direct report.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle of FEE's North-American single and multi-day seminars - from concept and curriculum development through logistics, partner coordination, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Communicate effectively and promptly with speakers, attendees, and partners to ensure high satisfaction and successful program completion.
  • Develop and manage DC and Ottawa-area venue relationships, vendor contracts, and event logistics end-to-end.
  • Develop, monitor, and track related budgeting considerations
  • Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce for all of the program opportunities
  • Proven ability to manage multi-day, in-person programming from concept through execution in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

  • Public speaking skills are strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), customer relationship management (CRM) technology (Salesforce), and project management tools (Monday.com) is strongly preferred.
