About the role
- Use Second Obligation to help keep the Team Safe.
- Assist the Platforms by leading or assisting with 4-Step Problem Solving Sessions as needed.
- Train and certify trainees according to established standards.
Responsibilities
- The Trainer will be responsible for providing departmental Safety and Training expertise and support for approximately 275 temporary associates.
Compensation
- Ensure training files meet standards, including accurate completion of 30-day, 90-day, and annual reviews.
