About the role

  • Float Health is seeking a highly strategic, operationally-minded recruiter to scale the clinician network that powers our business.
  • Reporting to the Recruiting, Onboarding, & Credentialing Manager, this role sits at the intersection of recruiting, marketplace operations, and analytics.
  • Recruiting and clinician network growth are already critical to Float.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Operations & Nurse Network Growth Own the 1-to-100 build.
  • You'll design the system, prove what works, and scale it.
  • You will lead efforts to recruit, activate, and grow our nationwide network of 1099 infusion nurses while shaping the evolution of our recruiting function.

Compensation

  • Work wherever you are (on or around US hours) Compensation for this role consists of a base salary and options grant, with the base salary expected to range from $120,000 to $135,000 per year.
