About the role

  • Our focus is on reimagining everyday spaces with superior craftsmanship, value-driven options, and exceptional customer satisfaction, driving consistent growth in the home improvement and renovation sectors.
  • The position is based in our Edison, NJ office and requires 4 days per week on-site (with flexibility for the remaining time).
  • Leverage and grow an existing book of business in relevant industries (bathroom/kitchen fixtures, plumbing supplies, tools, or construction materials) to accelerate revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute aggressive outbound sales strategies to acquire new accounts in the bathroom, kitchen, plumbing, renovation, hardware, and construction sectors.
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments, territories, and channels to drive significant top-line growth.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, including buyers, owners, and procurement teams at target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.
  • With roots in creative design and a commitment to elevated, durable solutions that blend modern functionality with timeless style, we serve a broad customer base through online channels, major retailers, and wholesale partners.
  • This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role focused exclusively on proactive new business acquisition and relationship building across key channels.
  • Inbound leads and sales support are fully managed by a dedicated team, allowing this Director to concentrate entirely on hunting new opportunities, expanding market share, and cultivating long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership or director-level role.
  • Strong understanding of the home improvement, plumbing, and renovation markets, including trends, buyer behaviors, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and market development.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation

  • $120,000-$130,000 per year commensurate with experience.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) Realistic potential to reach $175,000+ through performance-based commissions, bonuses, and accelerators tied to new business wins and revenue growth.
