Responsibilities
- Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- CBA shops also offer their technicians a consistent workload, free training, full-time live technician support and access to our private Technician Assistance Center.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment.
Requirements

Skills
- Starting package at $100k+ based on your experience and skill level.
- Access to premium, up-to-date multi-brand scanners (Snap-on, Autel, OEM software).
- Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox appropriate for general bumper-to-bumper repairs.
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- All 300+ CBA locations offer a modern facility equipped with manufacture-level diagnostic equipment and the latest factory scan tools.
