Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive operational partner delivery strategy to enhance the reach and impact of the LEGO ® League program in the US, focusing on partner engagement, regional expansion, resource allocation, and continuous improvement, while effectively navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
  • Support and Manage Partnerships: Provide ongoing support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and guidance to successfully implement the program while representing the LEGO brand.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Establish metrics and evaluate partner performance to ensure program goals are met. Provide direct feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community leaders to foster collaboration and drive program growth.
  • Prior experience developing & implementing a partner strategy.

Compensation

  • The salary for this position has a range of $150,921.00 - $226,381.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
  • The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
