About the role
- STV is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our growing Project Controls Department in our Dallas, TX office.
- The listed pay range is STV's good-faith salary estimate for this position.

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and commissioning.
- Create and update resource-loaded CPM schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and other scheduling software platforms.
- Perform schedule validation reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
- Develop integrated master schedules for complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programs.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and progress measurement activities where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with cost engineers, estimators, project managers, and construction teams to align schedule performance with project budgets and forecasts.
- Support development of integrated cost and schedule reporting.
- Assist project teams in developing recovery schedules and mitigation plans when schedule variances occur.
- Evaluate schedule impacts resulting from scope changes, design revisions, and construction modifications.
- Support quantitative schedule risk assessments and contingency planning efforts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in project scheduling, project controls, or construction planning.
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques and schedule analysis methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting major transportation, rail/transit, aviation, or infrastructure programs.
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification from AACE International.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with schedule risk analysis software such as Deltek Acumen Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
- Experience reviewing contractor schedules and supporting construction claims analysis.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Project, and project management information systems (PMIS).
