About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including labeling, documentation, and coordination with carriers.
- Maintain an organized and accessible inventory system
- pull and kit components for builds as needed.
- Cross-reference bills of materials (BOMs) against current inventory to identify assemblies as "Clear to Build"
- Track and manage the status of open orders, follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast material needs and prevent shortages.
- Support improvements to inventory management systems and logistics processes.

Requirements
- 2-5 years prior experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse management, or inventory control.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking software, spreadsheets, and BOM management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or related equipment as needed.
- In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
Compensation
- 8 paid holidays per year
- The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
