Responsibilities

- Own the product backlog and attend Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings to describe functionality in the JIRA story and assist government stakeholders to prioritize the work.
- Help to test the functionality after developers implement the changes.
- Provide Operational support expertise.
- Ability to prepare mock-ups, flow diagrams, or models, and procedures along with conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
- Ability to create training material (input certification requests), training scripts, PowerPoint presentations, and conduct in-person and virtual training for agencies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years' experience with EM spectrum frequencies and how the federal government assigns them
- Knowledge of radio transmitters and receivers, radar, antennas and satellites (radio spectrum)
- 3+ years' knowledge of EL-CID Desktop application
Nice to have
- 3+ years' knowledge of DoD StepStone system a huge plus
- Knowledge of spectrum-related data exchange format named Standard Spectrum Resource Format (SSRF) a huge plus
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence a plus
- Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT a huge plus
- 153-173- Dependent on level of experience
