About the role
- Capricorn is seeking a dynamic professional to champion risk management, compliance and assurance across our operations in Australia and New Zealand.
- This includes contribution to creation relevant board and committee reports and papers. • Coach risk owners, control owners, obligation owners and process owners on practical risk management, control evidence, issue/action quality and escalation standards.

Responsibilities

- Support the development and improvement of Capricorn's risk framework, policies, methodologies and guidance, aligned to the enterprise risk strategy and Line 2 model.
- Deliver assigned Line 2 assurance activities, including scoping, planning, fieldwork, evidence assessment, reporting, validation and follow-up.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Three Lines Model and accountabilities across Lines 1, 2 and 3.
