Requirements
- Experience with cybersecurity solutions (EDR, XDR, SOAR) is highly desirable, along with solid grounding in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); PMP or PRINCE2 is a strong plus.

- Act as a primary point of contact, fostering trust and rapport with the client while driving adoption and consumption of SentinelOne products post-sales.
- Guide each engagement from initial scope definition and kickoff through detailed planning, execution, and closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Translate customer priorities and technical requirements into actionable, measurable project deliverables and success criteria.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and negotiate resolutions for complex issues.
- Deliver regular, transparent updates on project status and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders, and identify process gaps to implement SOPs for delivery efficiency.

- As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will be tasked with leading the delivery of complex, high-impact cybersecurity projects across our client base, with a heavy focus on SIEM migration projects alongside the broader SentinelOne Platform.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder communication with precision.
- You will drive execution from post-sales kickoff through delivery, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of SentinelOne technologies.

- Ideal candidates will have:
- Over 5 years in a client-facing Project Management/Service Delivery role within Professional Services, with a proven track record managing complex technical projects, preferably SIEM implementations and migrations.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with strong organizational ability across multiple simultaneous projects.
