- Coordinate activities and review the work of mechanical, electrical and interior departments, as well as outsource consultants (structural and civil).

Responsibilities
- Well versed knowledge of building codes and accessibility codes
- Coordinate with the Design Architect on the design of the project.
- Project design lead in client design meetings
- Prepare clarification of project development documents
- Be knowledgeable on application of building regulations to projects
- Perform all other related work, as assigned or as apparent
- Assist Design Studio Head in mentoring junior staff EXPECTATIONS
Requirements
- With 100+ years of experience and an all-in-house team, we deliver Strategy, Design, Build, and Interiors from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Speclink preferred
- Experience with multi-story buildings
- Proficiency in Procore PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel as required
- Architectural License required
- 10 years of professional experience in commercial architecture required
