About the role
- Analyze cost data, including material, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Help with month-end close activities, including cost entries and correcting subledger costing errors.
- Handle confidential information related to cost and gross margins from customer sales.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and finance teams to understand cost drivers and ensure data accuracy.
- Support inventory valuation processes and cycle/physical counts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, or relevant experience in a cost accounting position.
- 0-2 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP is preferred).
