About the role
- As a Senior Product Manager for SMBs at Wise North America, you will be the dedicated owner of our North American business / SMB strategy.
- You will move us beyond simple transactions to provide a comprehensive, everyday account proposition that solves real-world challenges for the 33.3 million US small businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own the Voice of the Customer: Run ongoing qualitative research (customer interviews, UX sessions, etc.) specific to US SMBs. You will launch and manage a Customer Advisory Council to validate hypotheses and confirm roadmap plans.
- Develop the Strategy: Create a 12-24 month roadmap to enhance the US Business Account proposition and drive our growth to being a formidable player in the Small and Medium Business Segment.
