About the role
- We are seeking a dependable, skilled Handyman with experience in residential painting, drywall repair, and exterior home maintenance.
- The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining a professional attitude with homeowners and team members.
- Duties and Responsibilitie s Prepare, patch, sand, and finish drywall for repairs and new installations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finish coats.
- Perform exterior home repairs, including soffit, fascia, trim, and minor carpentry work.
Requirements
- Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in handyman services, painting, drywall, or residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation, finishing, and texture matching.
- Experience with interior and exterior painting techniques.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on ladders and scaffolding.
- Knowledge of exterior home repairs and maintenance.
- Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment.
Nice to have
- Experience installing or repairing residential siding is preferred.
- Preferred Skills Experience with trim installation and finish carpentry.
Skills
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service.
