About the role

  • The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking a new member to join the Collective Investment Trust Admin team.
  • Through attending and participating in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions, you will acquire the tools to identify processes across the division and organization.
  • As a specialist, you will be referred to as a subject matter expert in key areas. - Someone who will embody our SEI Values of courage, integrity, collaboration, inclusion, connection and fun.

Responsibilities

  • You may be tasked with developing processes to improve the onboarding process for future investors.
  • You will provide additional support for certain CIT relationships as needed.
  • You will communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, reaching out to internal technology support and vendor support when necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries.
  • You will manage daily activities associated with collective funds
  • including but not limited to new account openings, administrative support, and operational setups, which includes communication with external third-parties and clients.

  • Self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload.
  • Positivity and collegial approach in assisting both colleagues and clients and the ability to work in team environment.

Nice to have

  • BA / BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • Collective Investment Trust experience preferred.
