As we continue to expand our SAP practice, we are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant who combines strong technical expertise with in-depth business understanding across the Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, all within
- SAP S/4HANA environments. In this role, you'll go beyond configuration. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to design smart, scalable service and sales processes, backed by the latest SAP technologies. Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA CS and SD modules.
- Configure and support end-to-end processes including: CS: service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, repair processes, resource-related billing.
- Develop functional documentation (design specs, process flows) and deliver user training.
Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with strong focus on CS and SD modules.
- Proven experience working in SAP S/4HANA projects (greenfield or brownfield).
- Deep knowledge of functional configuration in both CS and SD.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori UX in a S/4HANA environment.
- Strong understanding of cross-module integration (e.g., MM, FI, PM, CRM).
Nice to have
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Sales or S/4HANA Customer Management.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to large-scale, global, or multi-country SAP implementations.
