About the role
- We are seeking a Principal Manufacturing & Assembly Engineer who can develop manufacturing processes and assembly methods that transition designs into reliable, repeatable production. Key Responsibilities Design and develop rocket propulsion structures, motor cases, nozzles, and flight hardware Perform structural and thermal finite element analysis (FEA)
- Select and qualify metals, composites, ceramics, insulation, and thermal protection materials Support additive manufacturing design and qualification Lead structural failure investigations and corrective actions Support component qualification, static-fire testing, and flight testing Collaborate with manufacturing, test, propulsion, and systems engineering
Responsibilities
