About the role
- As a Travel and Relocation Services Program Coordinator, you will provide strategic advice, recommendations, solutions, and resolve highly complex issues for the Travel Shared Services business lines.
- Location of Position: Fort Worth, TX The Office of Travel, Transportation and Logistics (TTL) provides governmentwide solutions for travel, transportation, fleet management and emergency management.

Responsibilities
- Performs both strategic account management and customer service management functions in support of organizational priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Gathers and synthesize information from diverse sources including customers, stakeholders, and technical experts to analyze complex issues and develop integrated, customer-focused solutions.
- Applies project management methodologies and tools to monitor risks, issues, and progress, and to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and successful program outcomes.
Requirements
- To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
Compensation
- The GS-14 salary range starts at $136,736 per year.
- If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
