About the role
- You will be expected to mentor junior team members and oversee account teams in the execution of different workstreams.

Requirements
- Experience leading end-to-end, technical transformation projects (i.e., digital transformation, process reengineering, ERP systems, cloud migration, AI and automation)
- Experience managing client accounts, including team leadership, delivery oversight, and senior client relationship management
- Experience driving business development and go-to-market efforts, including pursuit strategy and expansion of existing client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes
- Experience coaching a team to achieve successful project outcomes, while also contributing directly to the work being do
- You have an ownership mentality, changing circumstances instead of accepting them
- You enjoy investing in the professional development of others
- Minimum of ten years of applicable work experience
- Skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
- Strong business acumen, capable of framing technical information to non-technical audiences
