Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations including Workday support, Form I-9 compliance, fingerprinting, ACA reporting, and HR inquiries.
- Partner with CE leadership, HR, and IT to support Classroom and Online HR operations and system enhancements.

- Strong supervisory, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment law, HR operations, payroll, and confidentiality.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to use Workday.
- Master's degree.
- SHRM certification.
- Five years of HR, payroll, accounting, or related experience.
- Familiarity with university operations, such as hiring, payroll, and part-time employee contracting.
Compensation
- Excellent work-life balance: 13 paid holidays + 22 days paid vacation + 12 sick days, accrued annually
