About the role

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in any information technology field
  • Two years of IT experience in network operations and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of technologies used to maintain enterprise systems is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise operating systems, applications, and best practices is required.
  • A satisfactory criminal background check is required.

Skills

  • Monitors server, application logs, and TICKETS queue for issues and responds appropriately.
  • Manages the monthly server patching procedure through WSUS.

Compensation

  • $61,926 - $75,020
  • Maximum Annual Salary: $101,209
