Responsibilities

  • You will directly influence pricing, hiring, and growth decisions by building the systems and insights leadership relies on to operate with confidence.
  • Managing external partners including CPA firms, tax strategy teams, and financial vendors
  • Building and scaling the internal finance function, including hiring and developing team members as the business grows
  • Strong expertise across both accounting and FP&A, with the ability to manage current financials and model future performance
  • Experience building and leading finance teams, including hiring and developing talent
  • Operator mindset with the ability to make recommendations and drive decisions, not just report on data
  • Thinks like an operator and uses finance to drive business outcomes

Requirements

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership in a high-growth environment

Compensation

  • Building and managing the annual budget in partnership with the COO, including monthly variance reporting and department-level P&Ls
