Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
Nice to have
- Serve as Fluor University Administrator for employee training completions, curriculum assignments, and training item updates
- Monitor and assign training based on procedure changes, employee roles, and regulatory requirements
- Update and notify employees of newly issued or revised Nuclear-specific or project procedures
- Track training due dates and ensure timely completions
- follow up with individuals/management as needed
- Update and distribute daily training status reports to project and functional leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Compensation
- $50,000.00 - $93,000.00
