About the role
- This role helps ensure each inquiry is handled with care, accuracy, and alignment with Global Christian Relief's mission, current campaigns, and commitment to serving persecuted Christians around the world.
- Success in this role requires strong written communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a warm, service-oriented approach to donor care.
- Respond promptly and professionally to assigned donor and external email inquiries, using approved scripts or guidance when provided.
Responsibilities
- The Donor Services Representative provides timely, professional, and gracious email support to donors and other external contacts.
- Employees manage their own schedules and workspace, relying on digital collaboration tools, including video conferencing, messaging platforms, and cloud-based applications, to stay connected.

Requirements
- Previous customer service experience required
- Must be a Christ-follower with the passion to serve persecuted Christians and advance the Gospel around the world.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $16.90 to $20.34 per hour, based on skills, experience, business needs, and in compliance with all local, state, and federal wage requirements.
- This role is eligible for legally required paid sick leave and any other benefits required by applicable law but is not eligible for vacation or holiday pay.
