About the role
- Warehouse Operator Pay: $26.50 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 1st Shift; 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.
- In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products.
- You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse.

- Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area
Skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2 year of work experience in a warehouse environment
- Forklift experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot
- Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful
- Preferred Experience:
- 3+ year of warehousing work experience
- Yard-Truck experience
- 1st Shift; 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.
Compensation
- $26.50 per hour
