About the role
- This position will report to the Law Digital Manager and have one direct report.
Responsibilities
- Influence & Collaboration: Skilled at building consensus across diverse stakeholders, including legal, compliance, IT, and executive leadership.
- Change Leadership: Drive adoption of new governance and risk practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk management principles.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- 8-10 years of experience required.
Nice to have
- Experience managing complex projects is a plus.
- Preferred experience in Agile product management, preferably in legal domains.
Skills
- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging technologies to keep the product line competitive and compliant.
