About the role
- As a Project Manager specializing in Agile Testing for Data projects within the Banking Industry, you will oversee and coordinate testing initiatives to ensure the quality and integrity of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with Agile teams, stakeholders, and testing professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced banking
- environment. Manage end-to-end Agile testing projects related to data management, data quality, and data migration within banking systems. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate the execution of test cases, monitor testing progress, and track defects

- Ensure compliance with banking regulatory standards and data governance policies throughout testing processes.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding testing status and quality metrics.
- 5+ years of project management experience in Agile environments, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing principles, especially related to data.
