About the role

  • This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role with direct impact on how we operate day-to-day.
  • You'll be in our SF office Monday through Friday, working mornings (approximately 4-5 hours/day).
  • There's a clear path to a full-time position for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Own the SF office experience end-to-end: supplies, snacks, equipment, vendors, and facilities
  • Lead office build-out initiatives as we grow: coordinate with contractors, landlord, and vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services
  • Maintain operational docs and processes in Notion
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires and assist with People / HR projects over time
  • Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars for both leaders: scheduling internal meetings, external calls, and personal appointments across time zones
  • We're looking for a part-time Office Manager / Executive Assistant to keep our SF office running and support our leadership team.
  • You'll split your time roughly equally between office operations and executive support with cross-functional opportunities.
