About the role
- A MA Trainee will work in an assigned NeighborHealth Department fulfilling the duties assigned to them by their direct Manager.
- Will provide excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests for patients and NeighborHealth staff.
- Will work in their assigned NeighborHealth Department supporting the needs of that Department, their colleagues, and patients (if applicable).
Responsibilities
- Will provide telephone/email support; answering phones/emails in a pleasant and cordial manner while providing excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests.
- Maintain professional attitude.
- Maintain issues promptly.

- Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance.
