About the role
- The RN will ensure that medical and health-related services are delivered in accordance with New York State licensing standards and within the scope of professional nursing practice.
- The RN is responsible for overseeing the medication system and medical coordination within the residence.
- Some administrative or coordination duties may be completed remotely when appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and review Medication Administration Records (MARs) to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and incident reviews as required

- $55k-$55k

- Coordinate care with outside medical providers, the partnered Article 31 clinic, pharmacies, and hospitals to ensure continuity of care

- Assist in developing policies and procedures related to medical care, infection control, and medication management
