About the role

This role will be instrumental in implementing our initiative to transition loan servicing operations from external parties to an internally managed, borrower-first experience.
You will proactively monitor EPD risk and aggressively encouraging borrower payments to mitigate direct financial implications.

You will be the key driver in turning servicing into a profit center and strategic function, helping Brick City retain customer relationships, generate repeat business, and deliver top-tier experiences to both borrowers and note buyers.
