Serve as the primary recruiting partner for assigned departments and, owning full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding and managing a high-volume requisition load with urgency and accountability.
Build and maintain ongoing pipelines for high-turnover or frequently hired roles (leasing, maintenance, property staff, contact center).
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Maintain accurate ATS data to ensure reliable reporting and compliance.

Spanish fluency is required to effectively communicate with candidates and employees.

$50,000-$70,000, plus a bonus paid for each hire who successfully completes 120 days of employment.

Own recruiting reporting for assigned departments, providing visibility into hiring progress, aging roles, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
