Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in a legal environment, with a strong understanding of law firm operations and management.
  • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and driving organizational success.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing operational systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and provide innovative solutions to operational challenges.
  • Operational Expertise
  • proficiency with Mac systems is required.
  • Led by attorney Kim Keheley Frye, a former prosecutor with over 20 years of experience, the firm specializes in cases ranging from DUI offenses to complex felonies, including sex crimes and drug offenses.
  • Technology: Fully equipped Mac office; proficiency with Mac systems is required.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field
  • advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
