About the role
- We are seeking a Certified EVSE Technician to join our local workforce in maintaining the critical infrastructure of the electric vehicle revolution.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed, real-time documentation of all repairs, software troubleshooting, and site status updates to ensure project transparency.
- Attend industry conferences and mandatory CH! training sessions to maintain certification and stay current on evolving EVSE technology.
- In this role, you will be the face of ChargerHelp! in the field, responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing EV charging stations to ensure they are clean, functional, and performing within design specifications.
Requirements
- An enterprising attitude with the ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal operations and management teams.
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in various environments, including ladders, extreme temperatures (heat/cold), and confined spaces.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record demonstrating the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Demonstrable electrical experience in commercial or industrial settings.
- 5 years of field technician experience as a licensed electrician.
- lifting, bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, sitting, standing, working from ladders, walking, working in extreme temperatures (cold/heat), confined quarters, excessive noise and high voltage Travel required up to 75%

- The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong technical aptitude who is eager to operate at the intersection of electrical hardware and software diagnostics.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and service electrical charging infrastructure using a range of tools, from computer diagnostics to basic electrical equipment.
- Measure charging infrastructure performance using appropriate technical tools and complete "driver experience" inspections via the CH! mobile app.
- Ensure all assigned services are delivered on time and within scope
