About the role

The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, AI-fluent, and energized by bringing structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Support technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
Manage customer relationships by maintaining a regular cadence with executive sponsors and technical leads, while surfacing issues and celebrating wins.
Lead delivery operations, including sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting. Translate technical complexity into executive-level updates.
Support technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and inform engagement design.
Support enterprise on-boarding processes by coordinating Reflection's teams to manage security reviews, legal approvals, and procurement processes with account executives.
Manage scope and change requests, setting clear expectations and negotiating contract modifications when necessary.
