About the role
- ElevenMusic is our consumer-facing music creation platform, built for music creators and professional musicians alike.
- We want ElevenMusic to have a voice, a community, and a content presence that matches the ambition of the product.
- You will make music with the platform every day, push it to its limits, and turn what you discover into educational content, tutorials, and social posts that teach creators what's possible.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the ElevenMusic social accounts, from content calendar and strategy through to publishing, engagement, and analytics
- Help build and grow a community around ElevenMusic, sparking conversation, surfacing creator feedback, and championing standout work
- Lead social strategy across all ElevenLabs brands and sub-brands as the social function scales

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience creating content, with a portfolio of work you can share
- Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics
- Experience managing social for a music-related product
- Experience running or growing a community channel such as Discord
- Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar)
