About the role
- This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Police Operations Division at DCF, in Washington, DC.
- As a Police Officer, you will be responsible for the enforcement of the Federal, State and local laws relating to the protection of human life, including the preservation of the civil rights of individuals.
- Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 Years of Age.
- or in other work that provided the required knowledge and skills.
- In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the TR-08, you must have been at the TR-07/GS-06 level for 52 weeks.
- If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
- Wear required safety clothing and/or equipment required by the position.
- The successful applicant must be available to work on all three shifts on a rotational basis.
