About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs on pipeline system equipment to minimize downtime and throughput loss.
- Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot mechanical systems including pumps, valves, mixers, seals, motors, fans, and measurement equipment.
- Develop and execute lock-out/tag-out procedures and open-system job plans to ensure safe maintenance practices.
- Use maintenance management systems (e.g., Maximo) to document work, track equipment history, and support planning activities.
- Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and operations teams to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance and improvement work efficiently.
- Must possess and maintain an acceptable driving record

Requirements
- Must be able to physically perform heavy manual work including climbing storage tanks and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Work often required in high noise level areas and areas where vapor from crude oil and solvents may be present.
- Respond as a first responder during emergency situations and participate in required safety and technical training programs, including OQ certifications.
- Completion of an approved mechanical apprenticeship program or 2 year mechanical technical/vocational degree.
- Primarily field oriented (outdoor) with specific office (indoor) functions for training, meetings and documentation of required tasks, dictated by Department of Transportation and other regulatory agencies for which Enbridge must comply.
- Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.
Compensation
- Ranges from $29.25 to $41.00 USD per hour for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
- Overnight travel of 10-40 days per year may be required.
