Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage projects that support fundraising and advancement goals.
- Create presentations, reports, donor briefings, and leadership communications.
- Plan and support meetings, events, and leadership forums.
- Support fundraising activities with research, donor information, and meeting materials.
- Collaborate with university leaders, development staff, and foundation partners.
- The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Specialist to support the Vice President for Advancement and Indianapolis & Regional Development Leadership Team.
- This role combines project coordination, executive support, process improvement, and event planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Three or more years of professional experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ideal candidate enjoys managing multiple priorities, creating polished presentations and reports, coordinating meetings and special projects, and helping teams work more efficiently.
Compensation
- $60k-$65k
