Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects that support fundraising and advancement goals.
  • Create presentations, reports, donor briefings, and leadership communications.
  • Plan and support meetings, events, and leadership forums.
  • Support fundraising activities with research, donor information, and meeting materials.
  • Collaborate with university leaders, development staff, and foundation partners.
  • The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Specialist to support the Vice President for Advancement and Indianapolis & Regional Development Leadership Team.
  • This role combines project coordination, executive support, process improvement, and event planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three or more years of professional experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ideal candidate enjoys managing multiple priorities, creating polished presentations and reports, coordinating meetings and special projects, and helping teams work more efficiently.

Compensation

  • $60k-$65k
