Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with asset management systems, project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar), and standard business software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience managing vendor relationships and processing financial documentation (invoices, POs, budget tracking)
- Support onboarding of vendors and agency partners including gathering required documentation, setting up accounts in Amazon systems, and establishing communication protocols
- 2+ years of experience in PR, communications operations, marketing operations, or related coordination role within entertainment, media, or global consumer brand
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in one or more languages (in addition to English).

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is listed below.
- USA, CA, Culver City - 70,400.00 - 100,500.00 USD annually
