Responsibilities
- Operating as an individual contributor, this individual will manage their own book of programmatic business.
- The primary goal of this role is to drive client retention and satisfaction by ensuring best-in-class delivery and performance across all programmatic business.
- Own escalation management and ensure successful launch, optimization, and delivery of programmatic campaigns that meet client KPIs.
- Manage a personal book of high-value programmatic accounts while modeling best-in-class campaign execution.
- Partner with Sales and Product to improve workflows, share client insights, and influence overall business strategy.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights, standardized best practices, proactive communication, and industry expertise.
Requirements
- ability to adapt to changing tides
- Familiarity with third-party tracking and online ad serving concepts
- You have solid communication skills and be confident communicating with other areas of the business
