  • Required Education and/or Experience:
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution
  • At least five years of academic experience, including teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities
  • Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
  • Preferred Education and/or Experience:
  • Strong understanding of the rapidly evolving technology landscape and the future of Computer and Information Science education.
  • Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promote an inclusive learning environment and actively work to improve student retention and graduation rates
  • Support academic advising efforts and student engagement with school-sponsored extracurricular activities such as clubs, hackathons, and internships
  • Monitor and evaluate student satisfaction with academic programs and implement strategies for continuous improvement

  • Experience in securing research funding and fostering industry partnerships;
