About the role

  • Job Description Summary Engineering associated with the manufacturing process.
  • Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution.
  • The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will lead process engineering efforts by designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to increase uptime, reduce costs, and improve product quality, while providing technical leadership and mentoring fellow engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in CNC Machining)
  • Minimum of 3 years of Advanced CNC Machining
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Hands-on shop floor experience with experience providing technical direction.
  • Manufacturing engineering tasks that do not require 4 year degree.
  • Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
  • Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems.
