Responsibilities
- Partner with delivery leads to keep clients informed, supported, and growing throughout the engagement
- Blank Metal is an AI-native engineering company that partners with enterprises to deliver production AI fast.
- Own executive-level client relationships across the C-suite - CEO, COO, CIO, CMO, CFO, and the senior leaders who actually move budget
- Drive client satisfaction by closing the loop on commitments, surfacing risks early, and protecting the relationship over the transaction
- Build and execute account growth plans that map directly to the client's clinical, operational, and financial strategy
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, and the realities of deploying AI in regulated clinical and operational environments is a plus
