About the role
- Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Digital Assets Trader to join our global Digital Assets Trading team, with the opportunity to be based in Amsterdam, Hong Kong, or New York.
- Where candidates will fall within the range depends on a few different factors including but not limited to level of experience, location, and specific skill set.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and/or DeFi markets
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure
- Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
Requirements
- Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
- Experience with latency-sensitive systems and exchange APIs
- The ideal candidate has demonstrated significant and consistent PnL generation through strategies deployed in production and brings deep expertise in crypto market structure.

- We also consider ourselves one global team, and to demonstrate that, all employees are eligible to share in the company's success through an annual discretionary variable remuneration allocated based on company, group and individual performance and contribution.
- Per NYC salary transparency law, the total compensation for this role includes a base range of $175,000 to $225,000 plus annual discretionary variable remuneration.
