About the role
- This position requires travel to projects in Southern California, with occasional visits to the San Francisco Bay Area for team meetings.
- The repetitive motion using hands with constant keyboarding and physical use of vision to read computer monitors including close vision for coding and data analysis.
- The noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate to loud.

- Proven ability to understand operational and financial drivers and align people strategies to support business performance.
Requirements
- Regularly required to use hands to operate standard office equipment (personal computer, photocopy machine, etc.).
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel and lift up to 15 pounds.
Nice to have
- A bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or another related field preferred.
- Prior experience supporting construction, engineering, field operations, or other project-based industries strongly preferred.
Skills
- HR Certification (HRCI/SHRM) advanced designation preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting organizational change management initiatives and driving adoption in fast-paced corporate environments.
- Actual pay is based on individual skill level and experience.
Compensation
- Range of base pay is $150,000-$175,000.
